Mailchimp has a free tier that covers a few hundred contacts, which is enough for most tradies starting out. Beyond that it is billed by them on contact count. Our setup fee is part of your plan; the subscription, if you ever need one, is not.
Not automatically. Australian spam law requires consent, though an existing customer relationship gives you an inferred basis in many cases. We set up the consent and unsubscribe handling properly and will tell you plainly where the line is.
Mailchimp if you want the most familiar tool with the biggest template library. Brevo if you also want SMS from the same place, or if your list is large enough that Mailchimp pricing starts to sting. We set up either.
