The setup is. We create your mailboxes, configure authentication and get it working on your devices. The mailbox subscription itself is billed directly by your provider at their standard rate — we never mark it up, and you keep the account.
Setup, configuration, migration and support are included. The per-user licence is billed at cost by Zoho or Microsoft — roughly $2/user/month for Zoho Mail and $12 for Microsoft 365 Business.
No. We migrate your existing mail, contacts and calendar across before switching over, and keep the old account live during the transition.
Yes. Your business mailbox can be connected to the Gmail app, Outlook, Apple Mail or whatever you already use — the address customers see is your business one.
They are DNS records that prove your mail genuinely comes from your domain. Without them, providers like Gmail and Outlook increasingly refuse or junk your messages. We set all three up and verify them.
